Return & Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days as long asthey are not used and sealed. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.  Keep a receipt just in case your order is lost on its way back to Babsdream. The cost of the return must be provided by the customer.

All items returned must be in original condition (including all packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

The returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Babsdream gift card that can be used online. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you we have no control over these charges. Customs regulations differ varies greatly from country to country, so check with your local customs office for details information should contact.
