Step1: Gently squeeze the hair dye out. Step2: Apply the Hair dye pen gently on the dry hairline or over bleached roots. Step3: Once the staining process is complete, blow-dry the tip on a low setting or let it air dry. Step4: If you need more , repeat the process and simply apply more product.

Return and Exchange

Items must be returned within 14 days as long they are not used and sealed. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.  Keep a receipt just in case your order is lost on its way back to Babsdream. The cost of the return by the customer.

All items returned must be in original condition (including all packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

The returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Babsdream gift card that can be used online. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you we have no control over these charges. Customs regulations differ
